NGOs approach Atma Mumbai that they need help. We listen carefully, review their structure, results and failures and together with them assess their needs and opportunities. NGOs often can point out the problems they face, but are unaware of the opportunities they have in today's world. We enhance learning by placing skilled volunteers to work from within the organization and to drive change in close cooperation with the NGO. Atma Mumbai offers them a platform of learning through two monthly workshops for all partner NGOs, a network of knowledge and access to a resource centre. Markets change quickly and this affects NGOs and their external environment. Atma Mumbai teaches them how to adapt adequately to these changing environments, making them pro active instead of reactive.
